Rotson Studios

I'm light, bright, and airy with incredible views of the city and tonnes of character, including polished wood floors, big windows and metal pressed ceilings. I'm a clean, tidy space to be in, with lots of plants and great people who work and collaborate together on a regular basis.  We currently have two desks to fill and are looking for a creative person who also enjoys sharing the odd beer on a Friday night.  The shared studio space currently has 18 freelancers including, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, interior designers, animators, and web developers. Each desk comes with an high-speed ethernet cable and a power board.  The studio space includes:  - Lounge area - Meeting space with TV, projector and large table - Shared kitchen and bathrooms (including shower)  - High speed internet - ethernet and wifi (100/100mb) - Goods lift  - All areas are available for use 24 hours, 365 days a year.

Outside of the studio, we are surrounded by some of the best pubs, cafes, and bars Melbourne has to offer just a hop skip, and a jump away. There is street parking available and trams on Brunswick Street and Nicholson Street just a block away. 

Rent is $350+GST, with a month-by-month / no lock-in contract and a one-month no-questions-asked (by either party) trial period.

Rotson members are invited to contribute to the space according to their needs, however all works or additions must be approved by the studio manager or general consensus and not block the general access to communal areas / walkways. Animals are also welcome, as long as they are polite and looked after, not causing disturbance to the other members or try to express excessive affection to any legs belonging to either furniture or people.
