Quirkies

Quirkies is a room within my 'Junkyard mama' Vintage shop in the heart of Castlemaine Victoria..approx one hour north from the Tullamarine airport. I originally created this room to be a little a wine bar, but in the mean time Quirkys has become my life time collection of vintage and upcycled pieces to create a groovy little room of weird n wonderful memories. There are three sections to this space for hire. The front door opens into a long old world hallway leading to a under the stair case is a gold door opening into the main ruby red lounge room area featuring an open fire place, skylights and an eclectic world of the weird and wonderful furniture and wall pics. This room opens thru two glass french doors to the back room where a unique chariot styled bar with a tiny split level stage adjoins a cozy open fire place where our much loved squid man hangs out to have his photo taken with locals (see pic). Evening time the mood changes with lamp lighting through out! I personally see this space being perfect for Films, Music videos, fashion, Photography,Book launch or anything your imagination desires.
