Photography Studio + Kitchen Facilities

Terms and Conditions 1. Booking and Payment: - Bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance. - A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental period. - Payment can be made via direct bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods. Bank details will be provided upon booking confirmation. 2. Cancellation and Refunds: - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental period will result in forfeiture of the full rental fee. 3. Use of Space: - The photography studio is to be used strictly for photography, videography, or related activities agreed upon at the time of booking. - The studio must not be used for any illegal, immoral, or hazardous activities. 4. Care of Property: - The tenant is responsible for the care and cleanliness of the studio space and all equipment provided. - Any damage to the studio space or equipment must be reported immediately and may result in additional charges. 5. Security and Access: - The tenant is responsible for the security of the studio during the rental period. - Access to the studio will be provided at the agreed-upon time and must be vacated promptly at the end of the rental period. 6. Insurance: - The tenant is required to have adequate insurance coverage for their own equipment and liability. - The lessor is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the tenant's personal property. 7. Additional Services: - Additional services such as lighting equipment rental or technical assistance may be available upon request and subject to additional charges. 8. Conduct: - The tenant and their guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times. - Any disruptive behaviour may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement. 11. Health and Safety: - The tenant agrees to adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines when using the kitchen facilities. - The tenant is responsible for ensuring that all cooking equipment and appliances are used correctly and safely. - The lessor shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the tenant's use of the kitchen facilities. 10. Indemnification: - The tenant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the lessor from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the tenant's use of the studio space. By leasing the Jasper Avenue Photography Studio, the lessee agrees to abide by the above terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms may result in the termination of the contract with immediate effect.
