Price $144 per week (ex gst) includes wifi and all bills. Private lockable room with a large frosted external window that opens at top. Great natural light. The room is carpeted but I’m happy if you want to put down a floor covering to do messier work. Large enough to fit multiple desks and storage. The whole space consists of two private rooms, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with gas stove and a large shared area with a balcony. The building has a lift and intercom at the entrance. There is very little noise from the shared area inside the room. The room is part of a small workshop where I make custom silicone prosthetics for amputees. The shared area is currently split with a spare desk and a mould maker, but will soon be converted into 3-4 desk spaces for rent to other creative small business. Office is dog friendly.
Located near the corner of Plenty Road and Bell St.
Lots of untimed street parking and secure bike lock up in garage. Tram lines outside and Bell station 10 minute walk. Cafe and pub across the street and a 5 minute walk to Preston shops
