We’re situated next to Prahran train station and Greville St and 46 steps from your choice of 5 coffee shops. Our studios host creative businesses across two floors - across architecture, graphic design, video post-production, retail design, media buying, writing, various startups and online publications. Join us and meet another 100 creative professionals. We currently have only 1 Private Office space available from $3000/month ex GST, billed every 60 days. Our Private Offices are: - Sound resistant with minimal noise entering or exiting - Have 3 desk/chair/drawer combos (with the option to squeeze a 4th in if necessary) - Mobile pedestals available as required Our monthly price includes: - Unlimited WIFI (100/100Mbps Fibre To The Building) - Desks with chair and desk storage - 24/7 access - Boardroom and kitchen use - Invites to the community events, workshops and knowledge transfers - Free access to our partner spaces in Berlin, Hamburg, Barcelona, and Sofia Independent Studios provides support to get your business at full productivity. We have onsite the following equipment for your use. * Photographic – Sunlit or dark shoot spaces, bookable gallery, lockable equipment rooms or lockers * Design Studio – Moodboards, Scanners, ad-hoc printers, cutting mats, knives, markers, design stationery * Office Equipment – Heavy duty binders, laminators, shredders, fixed and mobile whiteboards. * Business and presentation – projectors and large format displays, closed meeting rooms. * Networks – ability to access 5 Wireless Access Points around the site. The ability for private networks, fixed IPs, and Ethernet connections are available. * Tech first aid – every cord and connection you could possibly want across mac, pc and charging. * Onsite assistance – stuck with software or printer installs that take half a day. We will get you up and running pronto. * Lifestyle – healthy community, meditation classes, sunlit lunch or relax areas, sunlight laneway area for team meetings.
