With about a third of the total space comprised of communal areas and facilities, the studio aims to provide space to exchange and develop ideas in which the community of tenants are encouraged to interact, inspire and engage with one another. Facilities include: outdoor work benches and lounge area; veggie patch; Kitchen facilities and shower; Bi-weekly professional cleaning services. Meeting room available for up to 2 hours free of charge with whiteboard. Cyclorama, music studio and event spaces available at discounted prices.
