Space overview
Poppy the Surf Van is the ideal photo location if you want to capture van-life'ing with outdoor shoots that involve a retro van and surfboards. There is a kitchenette and bar fridge in the van that you can use for refreshments and the main house has a bathroom that can be used for makeup, etc.
The outdoor area is well-lit depending on the weather, inside the van there is low lighting available but we would recommend you bringing reflectors at a minimum. The van has been set up with accommodation and location photoshoots in mind, set in a sleepy beach-side picturesque town at the entrance of the Surf Coast. The van is permanently parked on a private driveway adjacent to and overlooking the wetlands. We can provide the bathroom in the main house for make-up and change room facilities and there is power supplied to the van and wifi available on request.
Our space is within close walking distance to the beach, there is a general store a five-minute walk away that has simple refreshments and upon request, we can make the kitchen in the main house available to you to use for catering. We would highly recommend the neighbouring town of Barwon Heads for lunch and coffee, pre and post shoots.
