T&C's HALF DAY - Up to 4hrs FULL DAY - Up to 8hrs *GST Applies to all bookings INCLUDED IN BOOKING: - Polyboards and stands - Sand bags - Clothing rack - Steamer Kitchen with fridge, sink, tea / coffee facilities EQUIPMENT HIRE Lights Kit ( 2 Godox QT600) - $220 Paper rolls: $40 per roll CANCELLATION/CHANGES FEES Cancellations/changes within 3 working days before the start time of a booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 1 working day before the start time of a booking will incur a 100% cancellation fee. This includes changes to your bookings for example changing booking date. DAMAGE Any damage of equipment, building or anything else associated with hire of People Agency Studio the hirer is liable for repair or replacement cost. LIABILITY Each photographer is to present their liability insurance prior to shooting. If they don't have any then the photographer responsible for the shoot is to complete and hand in the Liability Waiver to the studio manager on the day. STUDIO OVERTIME Additional hours are charged at a rate of $100 per hour, starting 20 minutes past the hour. CLEANING The studio is to be returned in the same shape it is found. If the studios are left in a messy condition, a minimum $60 cleaning fee applies. Any damage incurred will be billed directly to the hire client.
