OUT OF OFFICE | Light filled, Multi-Purpose Space

SECURITY - One Security guard is required per 75 guests. - If security is required, this will be charged at $55 p/hour, minimum 4 hour call out. SET UP / PACK DOWN - The Hirer is responsible for set up / pack down. - OUT OF OFFICE Management will be responsible for opening and closing the space. Should the hire be held after hours or the weekend, a fee of $80/hour (minimum 2 hours) will be included to manage the space opening and closing. CLEANING - Mandatory post-event cleaning fee will be charged at $45/hour, minimum 2 hours. - Rubbish and waste disposal costs are charged based on the cost of waste removal of $20 per bin. There are two bins; (i) paper & cardboard, (ii) general waste. - If required, the hire charge for the portable skip is $300. This is required for any events with large amounts of food and beverage waste.
