Space overview
We built this place as a bunch of friends who all freelanced in various creative fields but didn't want to move into a sterile soulless co-working space. Whilst it has now evolved into something more, it hasn't lost its character.
A well-lit and spacious warehouse conversion with tasteful detailing. Lots of beautiful timber and large expanses of transparent cladding foster a nice balance between privacy and co-working.
Ideally located in Thebarton. The CBD and South Rd just a stones throw away.
Plenty happening in the area food & beverage-wise. Lots of other interesting small businesses and creatives nearby too.

Because we are not-for-profit and located outside of the CBD, we are able to offer desks and offices at a comparatively reasonable rate compared to other spaces. If a less corporate vibe suits you, this is the place!
Offices are roughly 10sqm each, with two desks to an office. We are open to ideas, however we are most suited to digital/desk-based creatives like designers, illustrators, architects, video/photographers and the like. The breakout space can be used for shooting, or for small workshops and events as needed.
