Space overview
No Vacancy is an independent gallery, cafe and events space located in the heart of Melbourne. We offer a platform for artists and creators at all stages of their careers.
With an attractive industrial aesthetic, the gallery extends over 160sqm in an extremely central location. It features large naturally lit shop-frontage, high ceilings and extensive rigging and installation capabilities. Exposed concrete floors and ceilings and huge white walls make for a flexible hanging space. A cafe is housed within the space, operating Monday to Friday and can function as a bar for events. No Vacancy support and deliver a diversity of creative projects including, but not limited to exhibitions, festivals, fashion shows, performances, workshops and product launches.
We are located on the pedestrianised Jane Bell Lane (off Russell Street), level 3 of QV complex.
