Beautiful light filled warehouse for co-working, situated in Clifton Hill. The warehouse is a large open space, with timber floors and skylights, individual desks, a meeting area, and chill out area. All storage cupboards and desks are on wheels so the space is quickly and easily transformed if needed. Theres a fully equiped kitchen with a coffee machine and bathroom with a shower. We’re currently looking for two people to share this amazing studio with. The studio is a short walking distance from trains, trams and buses. We are also close to cafes including Uncle drew's and The Dirty Apron. Included in the rental price is high speed internet, electricity, water, heating, custom made american oak desks, basic storage space and a fortnightly cleaner. We are looking to find like-minded creative professionals to share with.
