Space overview
A tranquil oasis in the inner west! Come and use our New-York style loft apartment, filled with natural light and surrounded by parklands. Multiple leafy outdoor sitting spaces. Be within easy walking distance of local cafes and shops, buses and the light rail.
The cottage is separate to the main residence and adjacent to a park, with your own entrance. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, and generous living area with a sofa bed big enough for 2 guests. A staircase leads up to the bedroom where there is a small desk and ample storage for your belongings. There is an outside sitting area that benefits from morning and afternoon sun, and is a lovely spot to enjoy a drink or cup of tea while watching the bird life.
The accomodation is located in a quiet residential street in Dulwich Hill. The property is bordered by Laxton Reserve - a small park that is a favourite among local families - and Arlington Oval - a neighbourhood soccer field.
There is free, unticketed street parking.
