Price includes unlimited Wifi, water, bathroom facilities, lounge room and kitchen facilities. The apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped, a very comfy and luxurious space for someone looking for a creative space. Incredibly friendly tenant who works fulltime and will not be home during the week so you will have the place to yourself! Also a 10 minute walk to South Yarra station/transport.  Studio is available between 7-6 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays. Available on other days potentially upon request. Tenant is welcome to vary days each week, price is per day so will work out markedly cheaper than having to pay the same amount each week as what is normally offered for studio spaces.
