Space overview
This decent sized, completely empty studio is available for short term sublet until Good Friday (April 10). Light and bright with new carpet tiles on the floor, it's situated above a cafe in North Fitzroy's village. It's quiet and airy with a window that looks away from the main street. We are currently renting the space but won't be using it until after Easter and seek some relaxed and respectful creatives to utilise it until then. Ideally the sublet will cover the entire time, but shorter terms will be considered also. The entrance is through the cafe but the owner and staff are relaxed and happy for the studio occupants to come and go. Obviously there is to be no sleeping in the room, however access is available at all times. It is possible for desks and chairs to be made available if you require them, let us know and we will get them in there.
