MERIVALE STUDIOS is Meanjin Brisbane’s latest art studio; home to 16 of the city’s top painters, illustrators, muralists, designers and working artists. The studios offer premium spaces and incubator opportunities for artist residencies, events & partnerships.
One studio is left for long term tenancies; a 3.8 x 4m concrete floored artist studio, with full height gallery walls, skylights and enormous ceilings in a renovated warehouse space. These professional studios are fully airconditioned & secure with additional storage space provided. Utilities, Kitchenette, Washroom and other amenities are inclusive of the rental period charges.
Merivale Studios is in the heart of the Fish Lane precinct - a minute's walk away from the Cultural Centre, Exhibition Centre, Grocery Stores & Public Transport of all kinds. 5-10 minute walk across the bridge from Brisbane CBD. As central as it gets!
While we don't offer parking, an onsite loading zone is bookable by residents for bump-ins and transportation of artworks etc.
