Located at the iconic Nicholas Building in the CBD and with lovely views to Flinders Station, our unique space combines Melburnian flavours with versatility and flair. Size: 7m x 7m. No bathroom available on premises, but communal bathrooms in every floor. Layout: Chairs and tables can be easily moved to give any layout. AV and equipment hire: Projector, speakers, whiteboard, blackboard and other equipment can be arranged Accessibility: Elevator to the space, accessible bathroom in level 1. Public transport: Closest train station is Flinders Station, trams through Swanston st or Elizabeth St. Parking: Street parking is available on Russell and Exhibition Streets or a secure car park is located at Flinders Street. 15-minute parking is available nearby for unloading.
The Nicholas building is located at the corner of Swanston St and Flinders lane. Multiple restaurants and bars in the Degraves area nearby.
