Land Street Gallery is a contemporary art space designed for artists and creatives. Our 2025 residency is open for artists who want a centrally located workspace between the beginning January 1st to 27 April 2025.
Overhead mounted data projector in Studio C. Smooth white walls with picture hanging system. Selection of desks, chairs, stools and easels provided. Great natural lighting through large south east circular window (no direct sunlight). Concrete floors. High ceilings. 5.6m. Accessibility into gallery and to toilet area. Shared exhibition entry area in gallery. Shared large undercover terraced area. Shared kitchen, sinks, fridge, oven, crockery and cutlery etc. Wash up area. Shared toilet/shower area. Shared small storage/tool room. Off road parking. Delivery/pickup bay adjacent front door. Large recycling/rubbish bin area adjacent gallery.
