A private studio with 24 hour access in North Melbourne 10 minutes away from the city. Big window with a lot of natural light. This studio is in our house and you will have access to the kitchen bathroom and shower. The space is very quiet and away from the other rooms.
Well lit and cosy. A big mirror and wooden floorboards. perfect size for a desk and some shelves. The previous tenant was a producer but we do ask that there is no loud music after 9pm
Close walk to cafes and grocery stores on Errol street. 2 minutes away from North Melbourne Station. 5 minutes away from 57 tram. 5 minutes away from pack and send shipping service.
