My own work of precision toolmaking and engineering is fairly clean and quiet so I'm looking for a similarly aligned and likeminded trade to come into my spare floor space and do their good work! Ideally suited to Jeweller, Bookbinder, Letterpress or Print maker, Clock or Watch trade, Print making, Conservation work, woodworking/studio furniture maker also considered, full suite of equipment is here and available for use for extra cost including a Martin 630 wide thicknesser, and Martin panel saw, various sanding machines, 2 x large bandsaws, 420mm wide jointer, and more.

The Carrum Downs industrial area is booming. Just off the freeway exit and you're in the thick of it. Many industrial suppliers are in the area: electrical, paints, glues, bolts and bearings, machining, tool supplies, laser cutting, timber & plywood, plastics, and much more.
