This is a fully self contained downstairs studio space of a townhouse. The space is versatile, and offers beautiful natural light though floor-to-ceiling windows, which can be completely blocked out with blinds if needed. Great for use as a small photography studio, as the ceilings are 3.25m high. Best for product shoots or tighter portraits. All walls are usable depending on space needed. Seamless paper backgrounds are avalilable to hire as well. If colour balance is important, grey or white paper from a large roll can be used on the floor to neutralise floor board colour.  There is a bathroom connected to the studio, which is great for hair and make up. There is a trestle table useful for computer work in the studio which can be moved out if needed. Stools can be provided for portraits. Music can be played through Bose sound system or analogue amp.  Room Dimensions: 4.2m length x 3.6m width x 3.3m height* *There is also an open door way and hall that leads to bathroom/garage, which offer extra distance to shoot from if necessary (see floor plan).
