Private office space available in shared warehouse conversion in Abbotsford. Would suit the creatively minded and environmentally conscious. Previously inhabited by an interior design company. Small shared workshop with roller door access.
Large office is a warm and welcoming environment that features desk space for up to 6 creatives . Secondary smaller space houses 2 large desks which can be used for meetings, a seperate office or studio. Shared workshop area is large and can be used for storage or physical work. Office = 21.5sqm, 2nd Office = 9.7sqm, Shared Workshop = 50sqm. In these two spaces you will have the ability to customise and make it your own (within reason). Such as painting, re furnishing, signage, decor etc. You would be sharing the building and common areas with us, a creative events agency who are always up for a chat, a Friday beverage and open to discussing collaboration opportunities if it suits. Common areas include: kitchen, lounge, 2x bathrooms, additional shared meeting room, and a small workshop.
Our space is within walking distance from Collingwood train station and an array of cafes, restaurants and pubs.
12 month contract preferred but open to discussing a 6 month agreement. Warehouse/storage space available, happy to discuss.
