Space overview
Open-plan, light-filled, studio style creative space where we bring ideas to life. Seeking fellow creatives to share our awesomely spacious studio. Features include: High speed fibre internet provided, fully equipped kitchen, bookable private meeting room, secure bike racks and shower.
Spacious studio (370sqm), polished concrete floors, white walls, large shared desks, 1 x meeting room well-equipped with tech and AV. 48sqm available with 12 x desks + chairs. Well stocked bar and Moccamaster for hydration and caffeination. We are adhering to the 2sqm guidelines recommended by the NSW Govt. We have supplied hand sanitisers, anti-bacterial wipes and spray disinfectants throughout the studio.
Easily accessible by public transport (train, bus).
Close walking distance to Redfern Train Station (6 mins). Plenty of good cafes, pubs, bars and parks nearby. Close proximity to the Australian Technology Park which offers sporting amenities, cafes and a large grass oval for soaking up some sun.

We're looking for creatively like-minded peeps to share our space. If you think that an environment of cross-pollination sounds like a place you could bang out some great work and you feel like you fit the bill then please get in touch. We are currently accepting small teams (up to 12 people).
The Grumpy team have struck a balance of WFH and working from the studio. Tuesdays and Wednesdays our whole team will be in, for the remaining days individuals will come and go as required.

Parking
There is street parking around the area. Limited all-day spots, and timed (2hr) parking within a short walk. There is also a carpark attached to the office, however spots are very limited. Should there be any available, these are charged out at approx. $40/week.
