Studio #3 is private lockable creative studio located on the 2nd floor of the Galloway Arms, sharing the same building with music professionals, startups, creatives and film makers.
The Galloway Arms brings a fresh approach to communal working environments for professionals who appreciate a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and also require privacy and security. Our independent studios are nestled in a retrofitted 130 year old Victorian hotel in Collingwood. The space is truly unique and brimming with all the charisma and charm you’d expect from an old-world pub and being on Johnston street, it’s close to all the public transport, cafes and the buzz of Collingwood and Fitzroy. It features; Ceiling fan, original wooden floorboards, digital coded lock access, ample storage, data points and hydronic heating . - Communal kitchen facilities (microwave, dishwasher, fridge coffee machine) - Common lounge / meeting area - NBN - Hydronic heating - Bus at front door, short walk to the Smith street 86 Tram and Victoria Park Station - Studio can come furnished or unfurnished with prior arrangement.
