Hi all! We have a 3x4m metre space available as of the 31st October, 2024 (2nd photo). It has the best light of all the spaces in the warehouse and contains 4 walls with a curtain gap in the centre of the wall adjacent to the corridor.
All studios possess plenty of natural light, recently painted walls, sealed floor, power outlets, free utilities, free WIFI and curtains for privacy. The studios are positioned in a grid layout, with good size corridors for easy access. The space has kitchen facilities, wash bay, registered keys, security cameras, 24 hr access in a single storey building (no stairs).
Frith St Studios operates within the same building as v.i.s.u.a.l d.i.a.r.y gallery, providing a strong connection to the community and the thriving art culture of Melbourne. Our studio is easily accessible via public transport and is very close to the post office, Bunnings, Deans Art, great cafés, fabric stores and other specialty shops all located on and around Sydney Road. The newly created Foundry park is opposite our building, providing ample outdoor seating/lawn for lunch breaks, gatherings or your creative practice.
