Space overview
We are a co-op-run not for profit maker space designed for those interested in fabrication and craft. We offer 24/7 access, off-street parking, and affordable rates. Please note: members are required to bring their own tools, expertise, and equipment to fully utilize the space.
We operate out of a very large warehouse in Whitehall St, Footscray. It is a bare bones warehouse/ factory, some of our members use dusty noisy equipment, while others have built "rooms" to isolate themselves from the dust and noise. We have off street parking for our members, available while you are at FML. The space available includes lighting and 240v outlets.
Footscray train station is a 17min walk from our makerspace, and 10 minute walk to the 220 Bus.
Kindred studios is literally around the corner, we also have a trucker cafe next to our building.
