The space is super versatile - to be used however you wish. Located within the factory is a second workshop, operating a steel fabrication business, focused on craft and artisan fabrication. Although producing some noise it is also completely self contained, preventing any mess going between the spaces. For all creatives it's a good opportunity to share a space and ideas. Alternatively if distribution is your business that too can operate uninterrupted.
