We're looking for the next residency for Magnet's massive 'Workshop' space. With high ceilings & ground-level concrete floors, the Workshop space is perfect for warehousing for installation-based activities. Secure & lockable, with load-in, wide & level access throughout.

The Workshop is an empty canvas, ready to be inhabited by your vision. High ceilings (6m), perfect for scaffolded storage, fluorescent lighting throughout & easy access to natural light with the door open. There really aren't many spaces this large available these days as more places choose to subdivide into small studios/cowork spaces. Make the most of the opportunity and submit your EOI :) Within the Magnet Studios complex, you'll be surrounded by creation. We've got 5 rehearsal rooms, 3 production studios & a massive garden. We also have the gorgeous Spatial Studio, which you have probably seen in many video clips & photoshoots over the years. The energy here is often very quiet & relaxed during the day.

We're nestled in the industrial zone between the Coburg Velodrome & Gaffney St. There are quite a few creative spaces in the area and we're building a nice lil community here. We've got the famous Blu Fish & Chip place at the end of the street, too.
