Space overview
EC Venue is home to one of Brisbane’s most iconic, versatile & inspiring creative spaces. This venue houses a range of permanent dance & theatre companies each week from their beautiful studio spaces and hires the venues regularly to a range of creative, corporate & wedding bookings.
The Warehouse (upstairs) is our largest studio at EC Venue. This beautiful lost features natural lighting, full length mirrors, air-conditioning & polished wooden floors. Our ground floor space features two smaller rooms, The Blackbox space & our Pop-Up space, which are perfect for up to 60 participants. Both of these spaces have polished concrete floors, air conditioning and the Blackbox space has full length mirrors. Our spaces can accommodate most creative hires with some examples of this below: Dance classes, trainings, seminars, fashion shoots, film shoots, pop-up sales, theatre workshops, rehearsals, workshops, craft classes, art exhibitions, corporate meetings, health and wellness workshops, yoga & fitness classes, food & drink tastings just to name a few. INCLUDED IN YOUR HIRE : - Full Length Mirrors - PA Speakers w/ Aux 3.5mm connection - Air Conditioning - Microphone upon request - Projector hire (upon request at additional charge) - Basic in-house furniture
Our venue is in the heart of Fortitude Valley with easy public transport access via train & bus. There are plenty of eatery's and great coffee near by!
