Colab 4010 is a converted warehouse filled with plants, art and natural light. We provide creative professionals with a range of different work space options. Internet access and all utilities are included in the rental price. There is a shared kitchen and lounge space for tenants as well as casual seating perfect for Friday afternoon drinks. Colab already has a number of tenants and we are looking to entice similar minded creative people into the space to encourage a creative energy.
