Space overview
Located in beautiful North Tamborine village, South East Queensland, the Centre for Regenerative Arts is a newly renovated former electricity depot close to cafes and restaurants.
Being a former power-company depot, this large brick and steel building has a renovated industrial look with a 150 sq. m. sealed concrete floor, a double-height roller door, and a 2-tonne gantry. There is a 20 sq. m mezzanine floor above an office space / green room, kitchenette and toilet. Public access is via an enclosed foyer. White walls are fitted with a picture hanging-system. The building is light, airy and quiet. This is a very versatile space readily adaptable to accommodate just about any creative purpose.
In the Gold Coast hinterland and 500 metres above sea-level, North Tamborine Village is renowned for its natural beauty. It is only 1 hour drive from Brisbane and 40 minutes from the Gold Coast. The Centre for Regenerative Arts is on 2200 sq. m landscaped grounds, featuring open lawns and mature park trees. There is ample on-site parking as well as easily accessible street parking.
