Hire Rates Independent Producers (non C31 member) Content for Broadcast on C31 $65 per hour (ex. GST) Content not Broadcast on C31 $185 per hour (ex. GST) Refundable Deposit/Bond$750 Member Groups and Associate Groups All bookings $35 per hour (ex. GST) Refundable Deposit $500 A minimum of four hours is applied to all bookings. Studio Availability The new C31 studio is not available to be hired between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday unless by special request. The studio is available to be booked from 5pm-Midnight Monday to Friday,and8am to 10pm Saturday and Sunday. Studio Technician Hirers who use the studio must employ a Channel 31 accredited studio technician, who will be assigned at the time of booking. The studio technician’s fee is $40 per hour (ex. GST) Monday to Friday 5-10pm and Weekends 9-5pm and $55 per hour (ex. GST) for any hours outside of the above (hourly rates effective for bookings made post 1stJanuary 2022). It is the hirers’ responsibility to liaise with the studio technician with regards to the booking or cancellation of hiring the technician and arranging payment.
