Big Shed Castlemaine, office 21
Space overview
A beautiful warm room of 30 m2 with a view down the creek, fully insulated with great neighbors! The photos in you see here are the original room of 60m2, we have now halved this space so each room has one doorway entrance and is still a generously proportioned space for up to 5 people.
This office is on the first floor. Well lit and spacious, suitable for 4 and up to 10 people working separately or creative co-working space. desk high south facing windows with views down the creek, tightly sprung timber floor. Fully insulated with oversize 'ex-school' doors for good access. Reverse cycle heat pump/air conditioning. The building has been constructed entirely from recycled materials following the ethos of owners, The Salvage Yard. Our focus every day is on sensible practices that don't create waste! We hope you prescribe to that as well... no matter what business you run!
Situated on the bike path alongside the Campbells creek, 1.2km from the heart of Castlemaine. Common landscaped spaces maintained by a gardener, neighboring The Salvage Yard and The Good Op Shop. STaks' Cafe downstairs open Thursdays - Saturday.
