ANCA Dickson (Australian National Capital Artists Inc) is a professional artist-run-initiative. We operate 20 self-contained secure artist studios.
Studios range from 32 to 48 square meters and open out on to a leafy courtyard. Shared or single occupants are welcome. Amenities: 24 hr access, gas heating, ceiling fan, sink, high ceilings, ample light, shared bathroom and kitchen; 3 phase power and exhaust are available in some studios. Applications are welcome at any time. If you would like to apply for a studio at ANCA click the link below and submit an application form. ANCA will then contact you to arrange an interview with our New Tenants Committee. If your application/interview is successful you will be placed on a waiting list and contacted when a studio becomes available. Please be advised that the wait time for a studio can be up to 24+ months. Semi-industrial Spaces are available at ANCA Mitchell, see separate listing.
