We have a standard 2 toilet and kitchenette setup. Professional quality coffee machine. 1 studio is occupied, a second will be built when we find an interested party. It will be a 3.6x5m studio with an open top and a wall-length workbench under a beautiful industrial window.
Our street is zone 3 industrial (factories on one side and houses on the other). We're friendly with neighbors and there's a really nice quiet vibe in the street. Very close to Abbotsford Convent.
