This place just feels good. Plus, there's hand sanitiser and plenty of toilet paper.  414 Bourke St is a recently refurbished two-story, well designed and functional workspace full of greenery. Currently home to a small creative team, and even smaller AI start up, it's a perfect place for a team who want something simple, clean, and practical, without foregoing aesthetic and well considered touches.  We have up to 15 seats available. We're either looking for one team to take the whole lot, or 2-3 teams to take a few seats each.
