A friendly shared studio of small architectural practices, and an architectural photographer. 1-6 desks are available in semi private office bays. A black labrador will happily greet all guests. We share a kitchenette, lunch table, samples library and board room.

Industrial but warm.

Around the corner from James St, Chinatown mall, Howard Smith Wharves and a short 20min walk into the CBD.
Our studio is above Artisan Exterior showroom.

$165 per week ex gst for 1x permanent desk and office chair in a studio shared with small architecture practices and an architectural photographer.

Reduced rate available for multiple desks.
Printing costs additional ($0.63 A3/A4 colour, $0.12 A3/A4 bw per page)
Rent reviewed annually at 1 March by CPI + 1%.
