10CC is a light and bright workspace for creatives who want a focused space to help bring their best ideas to life. The space features high ceilings, overhead skylights and windows, a roof littered with solar panels, heating and cooling both upstairs and down. There's an upstairs open office environment currently occupied by four creative folk, and we're looking for up to two more peeps to join us. The space features ample storage, a downstairs light controlled 'zoom room'/editing/retouching studio, nice kitchen, open-air meeting space with large communal bench, fridge, toilet and bike racks, and coffee machine. The desk spaces would suit a computer bound creative, office worker, photographer, director, animator, editor, designer or producer.

Located on a quiet suburban Brunswick st, around the corner from cafes, the Union pub and Sydney Road. Barkly Square, Code Black Coffee and Wide Open Road are 10 minutes walk, with other cafes within a stones throw of your desk. All-day parking is free and easy on the street, and public transport via train, bus, and tram minutes away.
