10 Balcombe Once a local mower motor repair garage.. now a unique creative space, nestled away in the heart of Bayside, Melbourne.
10 Balcombe keeps its warehouse feel while still being clean and inviting. The creative space is divided into 2 rooms. The front ‘street room’ for smaller events, The ‘market room’ for medium size events or the whole space for the bigger events. We now also have the outdoor private courtyard that can be used when hiring the market room or whole space.
We are located on the corner of Balcombe rd and Nepean highway. Close to public transport, food and parking.
