Brisbane's Art Boat
This wonderous floating art experience will travel between Northshore, Hamilton and South Bank as part of Brisbane Festival, immersing audiences in a glowing world and experiencing the Brisbane River in a new light.
When docked at the historic wharves during the day, you can enjoy this free attraction, featuring art and technology studio ENESS’s installations, Sky Castle and Airship Orchestra, on and off land. Sunset cruises are a ticketed experience – and a must! Brisbane’s Art Boat also features a lively bar and performances, including the dynamic art duo, The Huxleys, along with an evening soundscape by Tribal Experiences Managing Director and Yuggera and Turrabal man, Shannon Ruska.
Bringing a truly entrancing experience to this industrial riverside precinct will be two new major Australian contemporary performance works; RED by leading dance company, Dancenorth, and Two Crews by groundbreaking choreographer, Nick Power, along with the sonic experience Piano Burning by Annea Lockwood.
