I am an emerging artist working primarily with photo media. I often employ floral imagery in an atmospheric tableaux and am influenced by American pastoralism and Rachel Ruysch. My interest in flowers lies in their purpose to reproduce and the reductive parallels to female fertility. The compositions are fantasies, showing arrangements that are unlikely to be seen without human engineering and intervention.
