CBDC is a light and bright converted warehouse with both traditional meeting room offices and plywood studios.
Our main event space - The Gather Space - is perfect for workshops, meetings, training, presentations, exhibitions or anything you can imagine. An industrial warehouse feel with a blank canvas advantage, you can transform the space to suit your needs.
Located on the fringes of the Perth CBD, we're in a quiet pocket of Perth known as Claisebrook beside Highgate & East Perth.

Claisebrook Train Station is about a 4 minute walk. Regular buses down Lord St every 5 minutes during peak times.
Parking
Parking in the immediate surrounding streets is free, there are some streets that allow all day parking but most are limited between 1 and 3 hours. All day paid parking available on the other side of Claisebrook Station near City Farm which is about an 6 minute walk. (https://www.cityofperthparking.com.au/royal-street)
